Our room prices vary throughout the year and can be
quite flexible depending upon demand.
The price is per room per evening and includes full
Highland Breakfast and VAT at current rate.
We only offer a Bed and Breakfast price as we do not believe in charging an all inclusive Dinner, Bed and Breakfast price if you only wish to eat one course. Dinner is a la carte and can be taken in either the Bar or Restaurant. To avoid disappointment booking is recommended should you wish to eat in the Restaurant.
As a guide the average cost of 3 course dinner excluding drinks is £25.00 in the Bar, £30.00 in the Restaurant.

How to Book
All enquiries and reservations should be directed to
Cnoc-na-Faire by telephoning 01687 450 249 between 09.30 and 22.00.
We love to talk to our prospective Houseguests, which is why we do not accept any requests via e-mail or fax. By talking to you we can determine your requirements at Cnoc-na-Faire.
All reservations are required to be held with a debit or credit card. Accommodation will be held up to 18.00 hours on day of arrival. Please contact us should you be arriving after 18.00 hours so we may hold your accommodation.
It is not our normal policy to issue a Confirmation of Booking
letter, unless requested at time of booking.
How to Cancel
All guaranteed reservations which are subsequently cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Curtailed Departure
After arrival, curtailed departures will be charged for 50% of the remaining cost of the stay.
Failed Arrival
In the event that guests fail to arrive and have given no notice, then 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged. We therefore advise our Houseguests to take out travel insurance.
Finally, how to find us.
From the Isle of Skye : Exit ferry port of Mallaig and head on A830 towards Arisaig. Prior to Arisaig take a right turn at Back of Keppoch and Cnoc-na-Faire signpost. We are ¼ mile straight ahead, turn left into the driveway and you have arrived.
From Fort William : Take the A830 and head for Arisaig. By pass Arisaig and continue on A830 for ¼ mile. Take a left turn at Back of Keppoch and Cnoc-na-Faire signpost. We are ¼ mile straight ahead, turn left into the driveway and you have arrived.
