Faire Food – “Simple, Scottish & Seasonal”

As you would expect from us all our dishes are made in our own kitchens. For winter we offer you heart warming comfort food such as a starter of mini steamed oxtail suet pudding with red onion marmalade and natural braising juice. Main meals include slow roast pork belly with dauphinoise potato, creamed parsnip and Madeira gravy. Seared hand dive Arisaig scallops with salmon mousseline, finished with a smoked fish cream. Local venison wellington with braised sweet red cabbage, fondant potato and Ben Nevis malt whisky sauce. If you have any room left, try our own recipe sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce.

We are open for meals and drinks over the New Year and will be featuring a selection of roasts alongside our normal menu.
